  1. headwinds are bad enough when you are flying and it adds hours onto a flight but biking into headwinds…? ugh! I can not imagine the force and challenge, especially seeing the l o n g road ahead! Keep up the good work. Remember when I grabbed your upper arm here in Russia and said, “wow, this is like steel”
    ? Well, I’m guessing you will be a block of steel by the time you finish! 🙂

  3. I don’t really buy into the “Dave has skinny legs” story; but if I did, I would tell you that those skinny legs are really a blessing when riding into headwinds!
